However, usage of the air conditioner must be avoided as it dries the skin. Using moisturizers on a regular basis also helps to curb Psoriasis.

Vitamin A is also good for the skin. A diet rich in vitamin A will reduce wrinkles and prevent dry skin. This vitamin is important in the production and maintenance of skin cells and without it, your skin will show the deficiency. Fruits contain plenty of vitamin A, so be sure to consume plenty every day. To top it off, recent studies have shown that when individuals consume plenty of Vitamin A, they can reduce the effects of psoriases.
